About Us

Clinch Mountain Outfitters is located in Thornhill, Tennessee, about 5 minutes outside of Morris town. We are a complete hunting outfitter. Thornhill is in grainger county which is known for the best Whitetail Deer, Turkey and Exotic Hunts in Tennessee.

Whitetail and Turkey Hunts

Conducted on 1500 acres of prime hunting land with 25 hunting stands and blinds over looking hardwoods,hay fields,food plots and watering holes. Hunters will have the run of the ranch. No other hunters will be present during your hunt.

Exotic Hunts

Conducted on a small portion of our ranch. Hunters will have the run of the ranch. No other hunters will be present during your hunt.

Pursuing The Hunt

Our hunts start after an early morning breakfast, about 1 hour before sunrise. We load up the 4-wheelers and head out to the stand of your choice. We issue walkie-talkies to our guests to ensure the comfort of our hunters as some may harvest earlier than others. After the morning hunt we have 2 options to choose from; go back and rest, or just go fishing! We have a 21ft center console fishing boat docked at a near by lake, known for some great fishing.
